Have you experienced a suspension, resulting in financial losses and disruption to your advertising efforts?

Have you tried to create a new account but found that it has also been suspended?

Do you urgently need to get your Google Ads account back up and running?

If you've answered yes to any of the above, we can help!

To reinstate your Google advertising capabilities, there's a one-time setup fee of £375, 450€ or $500. We'll initially attempt to reactivate your current account, which, if successful, means no further charges from us unless you opt for our campaign management services.

If we can't revive your existing account, we'll create a new one under our agency. Should this fail, you'll receive a full refund of the setup fee.

If the new account creation is successful, we'll provide you access to it. For each account top-up you make, we'll retain a 5% fee (with a minimum of £39, 45€ or $50 per transaction) to cover our costs.

Why Google Ads Accounts Get Suspended?

Google Ads account suspensions typically occur due to policy violations or suspicious activities flagged by Google's automated systems. Common reasons include:

  • Misrepresentation of products or services
  • Violation of Google's advertising policies (e.g., counterfeit products, restricted industries)
  • Repeated billing issues or chargebacks
  • Suspicious payment methods
  • Poor website quality or misleading user experience
  • Multiple account creation or circumventing suspensions

Understanding these reasons can help advertisers prevent future suspensions by ensuring compliance with Google's policies.

Misrepresentation Suspension Fix

Misrepresentation suspensions often result from discrepancies between your ads and your actual offerings. To fix this:

  • Ensure your website content accurately represents your advertised products/services
  • Clarify your business identity, providing transparent and accurate contact information.
  • Verify your website clearly states refund, privacy, and terms of service policies.
  • Avoid exaggerated claims or misleading headlines in ads.

Careful alignment between advertisements and reality can swiftly resolve misrepresentation issues

Merchant Center Suspension Fix

Merchant Center suspensions commonly arise due to product feed discrepancies or violations of Google Shopping policies. Effective resolution steps include:

  • Review your Merchant Center account to identify flagged issues.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete product data in your product feed.
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices accurately match your website.
  • Submit a manual review request through your Merchant Center after corrections.

Consistent and accurate product listings are key to reinstatement.

What If You Can't Restore Your Account?

If your account remains suspended despite your best efforts:

  • Consider opening a new account cautiously, ensuring all previous issues are resolved.
  • Engage with Google Ads specialists or third-party professionals for advanced guidance.
  • Diversify advertising channels beyond Google Ads (e.g., social media ads, SEO).
