Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how WeAdU Ltd processes personal data when you use weadu.com, request a free audit, or contact us.
Data controller
The data controller is WeAdU Ltd. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at jeff@weadu.com.
Data we collect
When you submit the free audit form or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and website URL.
When you browse the site, our servers and hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral URL.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to respond to audit requests and contact enquiries (legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence).
We process technical browsing data to operate, secure, and maintain the website (legal basis: legitimate interest).
Recipients
Data is processed by WeAdU Ltd and by our hosting provider, Render (Render Services, Inc.), which hosts the website infrastructure.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Consent Mode v2). All analytics and advertising storage is denied by default, and Google only receives data as a processor once you explicitly accept analytics cookies; if you decline, no data is shared with Google. See our cookies policy for details.
When you accept analytics cookies, we also use the ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel (OpenAI) to attribute conversions to ads in ChatGPT. OpenAI does not receive conversion events if you decline.
Retention
Audit and contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable.
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence or place of work.
