Frequently asked questions

WeAdU is a paid-media agency specializing in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads. We help e-commerce businesses – especially multi-brand resellers – build profitable, scalable ad systems. Our fee is a percentage of your ad budget, adjusted to your ROAS. Google Ads practice since 2002. Google Premier Partner 2024–2026.

WeAdU is built for multi-brand e-commerce resellers – businesses that sell established brands across a large catalog and need campaign structures that scale with feed complexity. We also work with DTC brands and standard e-commerce retailers.

No – we specialize in resellers, but we welcome any serious e-commerce business. Our feed-first, AI-boosted methodology works for any store with a large product catalog, high SKU volume, or multi-brand complexity. Not a reseller? You're welcome too.

A percentage of each country's monthly ad budget, on a decreasing tiered scale – 15% on the first 3,000, down to 1% above 287,000 – multiplied by your actual ROAS divided by your target ROAS. Monthly minimum per country: £600 / €700 / $800. Set-up fee: one month's minimum, once per campaign language, only if you continue after the trial; for a language added later, when it goes live. No hourly rates, no fixed retainer. Full grid and calculator on our pricing page.

No lock-in, no minimum duration: we work month to month and you can cancel any month. There is a monthly minimum fee per country – £600 / €700 / $800 – but no long-term commitment. You stay because the results justify it – not because you're contractually obligated. This is how we've retained clients like Wellbots since 2014.

Google Premier Partner status is awarded to companies in the top 3% of participating companies within a given country, based on Google's criteria – client performance, spend managed, and certifications. Status is re-assessed by Google every calendar year. WeAdU has re-qualified in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

For most multi-brand resellers, a good ROAS is 6x–12x – but the right number depends on your margin, brand mix, and growth intent. Incremental ROAS matters more than blended average: separate branded from non-branded traffic, and measure each brand tier independently.

WeAdU specializes in the structural complexity that resellers face: feed architecture, brand-level campaign segmentation, MAP-aware bidding, daily automated classification. 47 operator controls. Most agencies optimize for account-level ROAS and miss the margin story. We don't.

Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, Search), Microsoft Advertising (Bing Shopping, Search), and Meta Ads (catalog, prospecting, retargeting). Google is the primary engine; Microsoft extends reach at lower CPCs; Meta expands to new audiences.

Yes. Microsoft Advertising is a core part of our channel stack for resellers. We import your Google Shopping feed, add Microsoft-specific optimizations, and run it as an integrated extension of your Google program – typically at 30–40% lower CPCs.

Performance Max is Google's AI-driven campaign type that serves across all Google surfaces. We run PMax with a three-tier architecture (top brands, growth brands, catalog residual), daily feed automation, and 47 operator controls – so Google's AI optimizes on clean, focused data rather than the whole catalog at once.

Yes. The Google Ads practice has managed Google Ads suspension recovery cases for 24+ years. We diagnose the exact violation, fix the root cause completely, and submit a precise, documented appeal. We do not recommend creating new accounts – that triggers a harder-to-remove circumvention flag.

Feed and structure improvements typically show measurable impact within 4–8 weeks as Google's AI relearns on the new data. Full campaign architecture benefits – brand-level segmentation, automated classification – compound over 3–6 months as data accumulates.

Our monthly minimum fee is £600 (€700 / $800) per country. On our grid it corresponds to roughly £4,000 of monthly ad spend in that country; below that, the minimum applies, so our methodology pays off best from that level. If you're earlier stage, the free audit will tell you honestly where you stand.

The free Starter audit delivers three specific cost-killing changes on one campaign, ready to apply. Read-only Google Ads access is required. Delivered in 2 business days from read-only access. Standard (£149 / €179 / $199) adds a full deep-dive on that campaign and a 30/60/90-day roadmap. Advanced (£749 / €899 / $999) covers the entire Google Ads account. All our audits cover Google Ads only.

Yes. WeAdU serves clients internationally. Our team communicates in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and Serbian. We have worked with clients across the US, UK, Europe, and beyond since internationalizing in 2017.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) is a manufacturer policy restricting the lowest price resellers can show in advertising – including Google Shopping ads. Violating MAP can result in losing brand authorization. WeAdU's feed management includes MAP-aware custom labels and daily price audits to protect your reseller agreements.

Every product in your feed is classified daily based on the past 30 days of ROAS data, price band, and brand status. This updates custom labels automatically – so campaign structure always reflects current performance. New winners get promoted; discontinued SKUs get excluded. No manual intervention required.

Start with a free Starter Google Ads audit – three cost-killing changes on one campaign. Read-only Google Ads access is required. We'll show you exactly what to change and why. From there, if it makes sense for both sides, we discuss scope and start. Email: jeff@weadu.com · Audit: /audit

Yes, by invitation. After the free Starter audit, we may offer a two-week trial during which we manage your Google Ads account in full at no cost to you – you only pay your media spend to Google. There is no sign-up form: we offer it case by case. On day 15 you either stop, owing nothing and keeping every change we made, or you continue on our published pricing – a percentage of your ad budget, adjusted to your ROAS – with the set-up fee (one month's minimum per campaign language) invoiced at that point. No lock-in.
