A flat retainer stays the same whether ROAS rises or falls. WeAdU's published fee is a decreasing percentage of each country's monthly ad budget, then multiplied by actual ROAS divided by target ROAS. The monthly minimum is £600, €700 or $800 per country. No hourly rates. No lock-in. Google Ads practice since 2002.

After your free Starter audit, we may invite you to a two-week trial. We take over your Google Ads account and run it the way we run our own – bidding, structure, creatives, feed. You pay your media spend to Google, as always. You pay WeAdU nothing for those fourteen days.
The trial is not self-serve and there is no sign-up form. We offer it case by case, to accounts we believe we can move, after we have delivered the free Starter audit and seen the account.
On day 15 you decide. If you stop, you owe nothing and you keep every change we made. If you continue, our fee is a percentage of your ad budget, adjusted to your ROAS – see our pricing page. No lock-in, cancel any month.
01
We audit campaign structure, feed quality, tracking integrity, and negative keyword architecture before touching a single bid.
02
Controlled experiments across bid strategies, ad copy, and campaign structures. Data decides – not opinions.
03
Daily product classification, custom label updates, and feed maintenance. Automation handles the repetitive; humans handle the strategic.
04
When structure is right and efficiency is validated, we increase budget. We scale systems, not campaigns.
