Google Premier Partner · Practice since 2002
WeAdU is the current home of a Google Ads practice since 2002 – before Performance Max, before Smart Bidding, before anyone called it AI. Twenty-four years of building what actually works in paid media for catalogue-driven businesses.
Jeff Pen started a Google Ads practice in 2002 with a conviction that performance advertising should be run like an engineering problem, not a creative one. For the first fifteen years, that meant Google Ads for e-commerce retailers. In 2017, WeAdU went international. In 2024, WeAdU formalized systematic AI-boosted campaign management – daily automation of product classification, campaign segmentation, and bid optimization.
Jeff has been running paid-media campaigns professionally since 2002, spending his first fifteen years managing accounts for e-commerce advertisers, including seven years based in Florida. That practice became WeAdU: the agency went international in 2017 and was incorporated as WeAdU Ltd in the UK on 12 December 2018 (Companies House 11723790), and has held Google Premier Partner status every year since 2024. Google's defaults are optimized for Google's revenue, not yours – WeAdU was built around the opposite principle: the operator controls the outcome. The algorithm is a tool. The strategy is human.
“Your catalogue changes every day. Your campaign structure should too – automatically, systematically, without losing control of a single variable.”
Your account is run by one of three account managers – Jeff Pen (CEO & Founder), Fabio Mangas (Paid Media Account Manager – Multi-Brand Resellers) or Igor Hršak (Paid Media Account Manager – Multi-Brand Resellers) – with the rest of the team behind them.

WeAdU specialises in brand resellers – but the methodology applies to any catalogue-driven e-commerce business. DTC brands, traditional retailers, marketplace sellers. If you have SKUs, we have a system.
