What does Premier Partner mean here?

“Google Premier Partner status is awarded to companies in the top 3% of participating companies within a given country, based on Google's criteria – client performance, spend managed, and certifications. Status is re-assessed by Google every calendar year. WeAdU has re-qualified in 2024, 2025 and 2026.”
The “top 3%” is Google’s program rule, as that page writes it. Published years: 2024, 2025 and 2026. The public profile is https://www.google.com/partners/agency?id=5788686900.
Are Skillshop badges the same thing?
The about page says the Skillshop certifications are individual credentials, distinct from WeAdU’s Google Premier Partner badge. This page does not copy a certificate number.
Who is named on the about page?
Four people are named on https://weadu.com/about/ : Jeff Pen, CEO and Founder, Google Ads since 2002. Fabio Mangas, Paid Media Account Manager, multi-brand resellers, Google Ads since 2021. Igor Hršak, Paid Media Account Manager, multi-brand resellers, Google Ads since 2023. Maricar Thusi, administration and finance. The page says the account is run by one of the three account managers, with the rest of the team behind them. It does not publish a headcount.
