WeAdU is the current home of a Google Ads practice since 2002, led by Jean-François (Jeff) Pen. The company was not set up that year.
The agency was incorporated as WeAdU Ltd in the UK on 12 December 2018 (Companies House 11723790). The public register is Companies House 11723790. Who is Jeff Pen? gives both dates in one answer. For the longer note, see About WeAdU.
Premier Partner came later. WeAdU has held Google Premier Partner status every year since 2024. Google Premier Partner opens with the years: 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Who keeps the account is a different question: Do you keep your Google Ads account?.
