SEO title: TotalPet pet supplies — WeAdU
Client
TotalPet (totalpet.com) ran Google Ads with WeAdU. The comparison uses two dated windows — January 1–March 31, 2025 vs April 1–June 30, 2025.
Challenge
Two pressures had to be held at once:
- Recurring bags, not a one-off sack — A one-time kibble order is a weak win. Creative and bids had to push subscribe-and-deliver.
- No veterinary language — Ads describe food, toys and delivery. They do not diagnose an animal or promise a clinical result.
Approach
We steered Performance Max toward kibble subscriptions and recurring delivery so the account valued a customer who stays, not a single bag. Ads make no veterinary claim. We talk about value over the life of a customer, not an acronym.
Results
Comparing January 1–March 31, 2025 vs April 1–June 30, 2025, WeAdU delivered a +70.08% increase in orders — 500.01 → 850.40 — for TotalPet. Against the previous period, the account also delivered:
- Orders — 500.01 → 850.40 (+70.08%).
- ROAS — 3.75× → 4.34× (+15.73%).
- CPA — −5.90%.
- Average order value — +6.72%.
- Ad spend (index) — index 100 → 160.12 (+60.12%).
- Total conversion value (index) — index 100 → 181.30 (+81.30%).
By running the method above, TotalPet grew orders and ROAS while lowering unit acquisition cost — even as ad spend grew +60.12% to capture the opportunity.
