Who is it for?
The about page says WeAdU specialises in brand resellers, and that the methodology applies to any catalogue-driven e-commerce business. The services page says the same, and that Shopping and Performance Max sit inside Google Ads.
What does the published method do?
Homepage: Refine → Test → Automate → Scale.
| Step | Homepage line |
|---|---|
| Refine | Campaign structure, feed quality, tracking integrity, and negative keywords before a bid. |
| Test | Controlled experiments. Data decides. |
| Automate | Daily product classification, custom labels, feed maintenance. |
| Scale | Budget goes up when structure is right and efficiency is validated. |
The FAQ says Performance Max is run with three tiers: top brands, growth brands, catalog residual, plus daily feed automation, and 47 operator controls. The 47 controls are not listed here. The FAQ also says feed and structure changes typically show within 4–8 weeks, and that full architecture benefits compound over 3–6 months. Those are the FAQ’s ranges, not a deadline for a given account.
What does a good ROAS mean on the FAQ?
The FAQ says: “For most multi-brand resellers, a good ROAS is 6x–12x – but the right number depends on your margin, brand mix, and growth intent. Incremental ROAS matters more than blended average: separate branded from non-branded traffic, and measure each brand tier independently.” This page does not add a target for one account.
How is the fee published?
| Point | Published fact, 3 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| Fee | A percentage of the monthly ad budget in each country, adjusted to ROAS. No hourly rates. No fixed retainer. |
| Floor | £600 / €700 / $800 per country. It is the only floor. |
| Set-up | One month’s minimum, invoiced once per campaign language, and only if you continue after the trial. |
| Contract | No lock-in: month to month, cancel any month. |
| Grid | Stays on https://weadu.com/pricing/. The slices are not reprinted here. |
| Trial | After the free Starter audit, WeAdU may invite you to a two-week trial and take over your Google Ads account. You pay media to Google. You pay WeAdU nothing for those fourteen days. The services page does not say the trial takes over Microsoft Advertising or Meta Ads. |
What do the audits cover?
https://weadu.com/audit/, 3 October 2026: “The free Starter audit delivers three specific cost-killing changes on one campaign, ready to apply. Read-only Google Ads access is required. Delivered in 2 business days from read-only access. Standard (£149 / €179 / $199) adds a full deep dive on that campaign and a 30/60/90-day strategic roadmap. Advanced (£749 / €899 / $999) covers your entire Google Ads account – every campaign and attribution. All our audits cover Google Ads only.” The audits cover Google Ads only, not Microsoft Advertising or Meta Ads.
What comes after Google Ads?
The homepage order is Google first, then Microsoft Advertising, then Meta Ads. The homepage figures: 70% of clients see a higher ROAS after we restructure their accounts (14 of 20 clients, over 12 months); $32M+ ad spend managed; $241M+ in sales generated; $132M+ tracked in Google Ads; 5.3M+ conversions; 24+ years (2002).
