Proof and method
The figures WeAdU publishes as its track record are the ones on the homepage. The method on the same page is Refine → Test → Automate → Scale. This page adds no figure and names no account.
Checked on https://weadu.com/ on 3 October 2026. The free audit covers Google Ads only.
Which figures are on the homepage?
| Line | Figure on the homepage |
|---|---|
| Clients and ROAS | 70% of clients see a higher ROAS after we restructure their accounts |
| Cohort | 14 of 20 clients, over 12 months |
| Spend | $32M+ ad spend managed |
| Sales | $241M+ in sales generated |
| Tracked sales | $132M+ tracked in Google Ads |
| Conversions | 5.3M+ conversions |
| Time | 24+ years (2002) |
2002 is when the Google Ads practice started. WeAdU Ltd was incorporated on 12 December 2018 (Companies House 11723790). That is not the same date.
What is the method?
Homepage:
| Step | What the homepage says |
|---|---|
| Refine | We audit campaign structure, feed quality, tracking integrity, and negative keyword architecture before touching a single bid. |
| Test | Controlled experiments across bid strategies, ad copy, and campaign structures. Data decides – not opinions. |
| Automate | Daily product classification, custom label updates, and feed maintenance. Automation handles the repetitive; humans handle the strategic. |
| Scale | When structure is right and efficiency is validated, we increase budget. We scale systems, not campaigns. |
How is a case-study figure read?
The case-study pages already on weadu.com say: “Figures are as reported in the Google Ads account for the comparison windows named in this study. Conversion attribution follows the settings configured on that account; we do not apply a separate model here.” This page does not copy a per-account amount. The index is https://weadu.com/case-studies/.
What is not a client result?
On https://weadu.com/audit/, at a 22% gross margin (the pure-play electronics retail benchmark), the break-even ROAS is 4.55× before overheads. The 2026 category average on Google Shopping is 3.8×. The page labels these “Industry figures – not WeAdU client results.”
Where is the audit in this method?
https://weadu.com/audit/, 3 October 2026:
“The free Starter audit delivers three specific cost-killing changes on one campaign, ready to apply. Read-only Google Ads access is required. Delivered in 2 business days from read-only access. Standard (£149 / €179 / $199) adds a full deep dive on that campaign and a 30/60/90-day strategic roadmap. Advanced (£749 / €899 / $999) covers your entire Google Ads account – every campaign and attribution. All our audits cover Google Ads only.”
The audits cover Google Ads only, not Microsoft Advertising or Meta Ads.
